The Linn County Solid Waste Agency will give away free lunch in exchange for disaster supplies on Friday.
KCRG-TV 9 reports the Fill the Trailer donation drive is taking place at the Solid Waste Agency facility on County Home Road in Marion.
They are asking for canned foods, toilet paper, diapers, paper towels and other items. They will be given to local organizations that are focused on disaster relief.
The free lunch will be provided by Hy-Vee Friday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Burgers, brats, hot dogs, chips, cookies, pop, and water will be served.
