Two people were taken to the hospital after a crash on East Post Road and Paladin Drive at 8:55 a.m. Thursday.
Authorities say 27-year-old Danielle Richardson of Marion was driving northbound partially in the southbound lane on East Post Road when she hit an oncoming car head on.
Richardson's vehicle hit a car driven by 77-year-old Gary Riddle from Marion.
After the crash, Riddle's car came to rest partially in the west ditch and Richardson's car stayed in the roadway blocking traffic.
Gary and his wife, Helen Riddle, were both taken to Mercy Hospital with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries. Richardson refused medical treatment while at the scene.
Authorities say all of the people in the cars were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
Richardson was cited for the accident.
