FAYETTE COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- The Fayette County Sheriff's Office responded to the report of an assault at progress at Prairie View Residential Facility around 7:30 a.m. on April 7.
An investigation found Brandon Slayden, 24, of Cedar Falls, who is a resident at Prairie View, had assaulted three residents at the facility and also broke a television.
Slayden has been charged with three counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury and one count of Criminal Mischief 4th Degree.
Slayden was taken to the Fayette County Jail.
