DUBUQUE, Iowa (KCRG-TV9) -- Two Dubuque residents suffered injuries in a two-vehicle crash Saturday evening, according to police.
Emergency crews took 65-year-old Ricky Stratton and 59-year-old Bonnie Stratton to a hospital for head and neck pain.
Officers said Ricky Stratton was driving east in the 700 block of Dodge Street. They said 33-year-old Jenny Schueller of East Dubuque, Illinois, was also driving east and didn't see traffic slowing. Schueller then rear-ended Stratton's vehicle.
Police cited Schueller for failure to maintain control. They also cited Ricky Stratton for failure to provide proof of insurance.
