Milk Truck Destroyed in Grant Co. Crash

GRANT COUNTY, Wis. (KCRG-TV9) -- A milk truck was destroyed after a rollover crash on January 2.

At 7:48 a.m. the Grant County Sheriff's Office was called to a crash on CTH K near Quarry Road.

Nicholas Drinkall, 23, of Mabel, Minnesota was driving south on CTH K when he fell asleep.

The milk truck went off the road, as he fell asleep before a curve. It then went down an embankment and flipped in a filed.

Drinkall wasn't hurt from the crash, but the Finseth Milk Hauling milk truck was a loss.

The Lancaster Fire and EMS Departments, Guy's Towing of Kieler, and the Grant County Highway Department helped at the scene.

Drinkall was issued a citation for inattentive driving
